How can I make a reservation?
Checking availability and making a reservation onlineis very easy. You can also call our Reservation Office at 00.33-1.60.42.60.60 from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday C.E.T).

Are the Disney® Parks tickets included in my reservation??
Prices are given per night and per room, with breakfast and VAT included. However, Disney® Parks tickets can be purchased at the Guest Services Desk, depending on availability at the moment of your request.

How can I update or change my reservation ?
If you booked with an Internet website or an agency, you need to get in touch with them directly.
If you booked through our website, please visit our reservation page
If you booked through our Reservation Office, please call us at 00.33-1.60.42.60.60 from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday C.E.T).

What is your cancellation policy?
Except from the reservations made under the Advance Purchase offer,you can cancel your reservation until 72 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, we will charge the first night as cancellation fee. This policy is available for reservations made directly with the hotel.
Websites and travel agencies have their own cancellation policy, you need to contact them directly. We are not responsible for non-refundable amounts already charged.

How can I cancel my reservation?
For reservations made directly with the hotel (except from the reservations made under the Advance Purchase offer), please advise our Reservation Office either by phone (00.33-1.60.42.60.60, from 9am to 6pm C.E.T), by e-mail (paris.reservations@explorershotels.com) oor by fax (00.33-1.60.42.60.06) 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation fees.
If you booked through a website or an agency, please contact them directly.

Are the rates on your website per person or per room ?
Rates are given per room and per night. Obviously, the price of the room will depend on the number of people staying inside.

Are the prices in GBP or in EUR?
In France, the official currency is EUR. And all prices are quoted in euros. For currency converter, please visit this page http://www.xe.com/ucc. You will also be able to exchange foreign currency at the Guest Services Desk.

Are there any extra charges?
All our prices are VAT-included. Nevertheless, we sometime charge the local occupancy tax (1,10 EUR per adult and per night). Please check your reservation confirmation to see whether this tax is included in your total price.
In the case the city tax is not included, it must be paid upon arrival with the accommodation amount.

When I make a reservation, do you immediately debit my credit card?
Except from the Advance Purchase reservations, if you make a reservation through our website or through our reservation office, we take a credit card number as guarantee, however the payment will be due upon arrival.
If you book with a travel agency or a website, they have their own payment policy. We are not responsible for any extra charge. Please get in touch directly with them.

The Reservation Office is open from 9am to 6pm C.E.T. from Monday to Saturday and will be delighted to help you, it can be reach by phone: 00.33-1.60.42.60.60 or e-mail: paris.reservations@explorershotels.com.
. At other times, a Guest Services Desk host will be happy to help you.

If I make a request for a particular room or service, will it be guaranteed?
We will endeavour to access to your request, but we cannot guarantee a special request.

I have a Disney® Annual Pass, may I have a discount on rooms?
Your Disney® Annual Pass only enables discount on Disney® Hotels, NOT on Disney® Selected Hotels.

Can you arrange flights for us?
We do not book flights, we advise you to contact your travel agent or visit a travel website. In the hotel, the Guest Services Desk may assist you.

Yes! The hotel offers various possibilities to satisfy your hungry stomachs. Please visit our restaurant section to discover what 's on the menu.

Is breakfast English or French style?
The breakfast is a continental buffet: hot and fresh beverages, French viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat…), bread, jam, honey, butter, cakes, brioches, yoghurts, fruits and cereals… English breakfast food is available with extra charge (eggs, bacon, sausages…).

Is it possible to reserve a table in a Disney® Restaurant?
Yes, you can ask the Guest Services Desk to check availability and make a reservation for you, or you can call the Disney® Restaurant Reservation Department at 00.33-1.60.30.40.50..

Where can I have a Disney® Character Meal?
Dining with Disney® Characters is possible throughout the Resort: information on www.disneylandparis.com. You can also call the Disney® Restaurant Reservation Department at 00.33-1.60.30.40.50.

Are there restaurants adapted to specific diets (vegetarian, food allergies…)?
PFor gluten-allergies, we can provide special breakfast (extra charge might apply, you need to advise the Guest Services Desk a few days prior to arrival at 00.33-1.60.42.60.15 - e-mail: frontoffice@explorershotels.com). For all other allergies or diets, you can have dinner in the Plantation Restaurant where you will enjoy different varieties of food. For any exceptional request, you may contact as soon as possible the Guest Services Desk to see if a solution is conceivable. .
In Disney® Theme Parks a food service is set up for persons with allergies / food intolerance. Vegetarian Guests will find vegetarian menus in every Disney® restaurant. All the information on this section :

Where can I find Disney® articles to purchase outside from the Disney® Parks?
Within the hotel, you will find a Disney Boutique, with souvenirs, clothes, toys, stationery, cuddly toys, postcards, baby-care items and photo accessories. On the other hand, you have many Disney shops in the Disney Village® (free access), in the shopping centre Val d'Europe and on the Champs Elysées in Paris.

Where is the nearest shopping centre?
The nearest shopping centre is situated 3km away, with a big hypermarket, shops, restaurants, fitness centre and aquarium. To get to this shopping centre, you can use the public transports or asking for the La Vallée® Shopping shuttle (see above).

How can I get to La Vallée® Outlet Shopping Centre?
We propose a return journey shuttle to La Vallée® Outlet Shopping Centre. Please make your reservation at the Guest Services Desk (from 10am to 5pm, subject to availability).

What child-care and baby-sitting services are available?
A baby-sitting service is available upon request (extra charge). Please ask the Guest Services Desk when you arrive. For safety reasons children must not be left unaccompanied in our rooms.

Is there anything I can plan for a birthday or special occasion?
Yes, you can order a birthday cake the day before the party (for prices and reservations, please ask the Guest Services Desk at 00.33-1.60.42.60.15 - e-mail: guestservices@explorershotels.com). On the other hand, you can book for a Birthday Tea Time party with Disney® Characters within the Disneyland® Park, or order a birthday cake in some of the Disney® table service restaurants (please ask the Disney® Restaurant Reservation Department at 00.33-1.60.30.40.50 for further information).

Can I exchange foreign currency at the hotel?
Yes, you can exchange foreign currency and Euro Travellers Cheques at the Guest Services Desk.

Is there a laundry service available?
Yes, we propose a laundry service (extra charge) : leave your dirty clothes in the morning and get them back cleaned in the evening. Please ask the Guest Services Desk for further information.

Does the hotel offer room service?
No, room service is not available in our hotel.

If I buy something whilst I'm visiting the Disney® Parks, do I have to carry it around all day?
No, you can have your day's purchases delivered to the hotel or to Disney Village®. Ask in Disney® Boutiques for details.

Where can I access the Internet?
We have several computers at the Brioche Dorée Kiosk to get an Internet access (extra charge will apply). Moreover, the hotel is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection (free).

Do you provide food storage facilities?
No, due to hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to keep your food. However, food storage is possible in the suite's fridge when you are staying in one of our Suites or Themed Suites.

Do you provide medicine storage facilities?
Yes, we have a special fridge where we can keep your medicines.

Where can I heat the baby food?
Microwaves are available in the Plantation Restaurant, for heating baby food.

No, the hotel is entirely no smoking.

Are animals allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately, due to safety and hygiene reasons, our dear friends the animals are not allowed in the hotel. However, we will be happy to welcome registered guide dogs for the blind.

Is there any place where I can leave my pets?
Yes, you will find kennels at the Disney® Main Guest Parking to leave your pets
either for just one day or your whole trip (please contact Disneyland® Paris for further
information). You must present a valid vaccination record.
