Informazione - Explorers Hotel a Disneyland Paris

Dear Explorers,

By staying at the hotel, you agree to follow these rules and recommendations. Here is our pirate code:

• From January 24 2022, in line with government guidance, guests aged 16 and above will need to present a Vaccination Pass at our hotel. For guests aged between 12 and 15, a Health Pass will remain required.
• Wearing a mask is mandatory inside the hotel, including for children from 6.
• Please wash your hands regularly or switch them to hydroalcoholic gel as soon as you enter the property
• Please do not shake hands with the crew or other explorers.
• Please stretch or cough in your elbow, use disposable handkerchiefs and throw them directly after use.
• Avoid paying in cash, but use a CB or a secure link sent by the establishment.
• Respect the social distancing and the markings on the ground.

Rooms, corridors and common areas

• All the equipment and accessories present in the room were cleaned and disinfected during the cleaning service before your arrival.
• Door handles, buttons, switches: all of these contact points were cleaned and disinfected before you arrived
• For sanitary reasons, cleaning will be done before your arrival only, but not during your stay. You can ask for new towels or extra towels, as well as the restocking of coffee/tea at the reception.
• You can still book one of our VI’Kids packages.
• Upon departure, please leave your room windows open (if possible).

Activities

• All the places and equipment available have been fully disinfected for your safety and well-being.
• Aquapark
  The aquapark will be closed twice a day, from 12pm to 1pm and from 5pm to 6pm for disinfection.
  It will not be possible to have access to the aquapark on the day of your departure, from check-out time (11am)
• Other activities
  Except 6D cinema and the Scally Wagg’s Jungle Adventure, all our activities remain open.

Restaurants

• Tables will be disinfected.
• Breakfast
  Breakfast will be a self-service all-you-can-eat buffet (usual opening times). Please use disposable gloves (at your disposal) and wait until a waiter indicates you where to sit down.
• La Plantation
  Breakfast will be served there every morning.
• The restaurant will be open from 6.00 pm to 10.30 pm (same rules as for breakfast). Subject to modifications.
• Other restaurants and snack bars.
  All other restaurants, snack bars and the bar remain open. Please wear your mask and respect social distancing while waiting.
• Half board
  If you have booked the half-board offer, there is no changes concerning breakfast. For dinner, if La Plantation restaurant is open, you will benefit from the all-you-can-eat buffet, as initially planned in your booking. But if it is closed, your dinner could be replaced by a pizza formula at Marco’s Pizza or a voucher to use at The Captain’s Library. Subject to modification.

Please note that Disneyland© Paris will manage attendance with a new reservation system for access to amusement parks:

• If you have booked an undated ticket for Disneyland© Paris, you must register on the online booking platform. This is also true for annual passport holders.
• If you have not yet purchased your tickets to get to Disneyland© Paris parks, the purchase of a dated ticket is mandatory before you go there. Disneyland© Paris will not sell tickets at park entrances, so we cannot guarantee you access to the parks.
• Shuttle service from and to the parks will be available
