At what time do I need to check out?
Check out is at 11 a.m. on the day of your departure, all rooms must be vacated by this time.
For our suites and themed suites check out is at 12 p.m.

What payment types are accepted at the hotel?
During your stay you can pay in cash (not exceeding 1000 euros), by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
There is a cash machine situated close to the reception for your convenience
Can I book a stay if I am not sure I will be able to come?
You can book serenely and cancel your stay without charge at any time, by choosing our Super Flexible rate at the time of booking on our website. This rate allows you total flexibility with 0 risk of being charged in the event of cancellation until the day of arrival.
Is there an area that we can leave our baggage at the hotel?
The hotel has a baggage area available to all guests with lockers that are free of charge. The baggage area is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Are there towels in the rooms?
Yes Explorers Hotel has towels in each room however these towels can only be used in the room and cannot be used at the pool. We put different towels at your disposition for 2€ per towel (1 towel per stay) alternatively you can bring your own towels from home for the pool.
Do rooms have toiletries?
Each room has a soap dispenser.
Is there car park at the hotel?
There is an uncovered car park at Explorers hotel and parking is free for all bookings made on our website. Explorers Hotel has 225 car parking spaces at your disposition and these places are subject to availability. Explorers Hotel guests can also benefit from free car parking at the Disney® parks upon presenting proof that you are a guest of the hotel. Please ask the reception if you wish to use service.
Can I buy my Disney® tickets at the hotel?
Yes you can buy your Disney® park tickets from our reception. For further information please consult out ticket link
Can I still buy my Disneyland© ticket at the parcs entrance or at the hotel’s reception ?
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Disneyland© Paris will not sell any tickets at the parcs entrance. A dated ticket is mandatory, and you can book it online. If you already have booked a non dated ticket, you must register on the online booking platform from the beginning of July, on https://www.disneylandparis.com/fr-fr/enregistrement-billets/. This is also true for annual passport holders.
How can I get from the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy RER/ TGV train station to Explorers Hotel?
You can take the free shuttle bus (HVFS line) which runs every 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the season) between the Marne-La-Vallée Chessy RER / TGV station and the Explorers hotel. This shuttle runs from 8am to around midnight (depending on the season, check with reception), every day of the year. Each trip takes around 10 minutes and is located at Quai I. How can I get from Explorers Hotel to Paris?
Take the free hotel shuttle bus (HVFS) to the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy RER/ TGV train station (Click here for more informations about the free shuttle bus). Once at the station take the RERA in the direction of Paris. Prices start from 7.50€ per person. The RER A will take you directly in to the centre of Paris (Gare de Lyon, Les Grands Magasins, Charles de Gaulle Etoile) and right up to La Défense.

Are there towels in the rooms?
Yes Explorers Hotel has towels in each room however these towels cannot be used at the pool. We put different towels for pool usage at your disposition for 2€ per towel for the duration of your stay. You can also bring your own towels from home for the pool.

Sorry, no pets inside the hotel (neither in the common areas, nor inside the rooms)
What are the opening times of the hotel?
The swimming pool at Explorers Hotel is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. the last admission in to the pool is at 10:30 p.m. Closed between noon and 1 pm.
Do I need to bring my own towels for the pool?
You can decide if you want to bring your own towels from home free of charge or if you would prefer to rent a towel directly upon arrival. We put towels at your disposition for 2€ per towel for the duration of your stay. Guests staying in our suites and themed suites will have towels provided for them free of charge
Are there changing rooms at the pool?
Yes there is a couple of changing cabins at your disposal depending on availability
Can I use the pool before I check in after I have checked out?
As a resident of the hotel you can use the pool on the day of your arrival, no matter what time you arrive. But it is not be possible to have access to the aquapark on the day of your departure, after check-out time (11am). Therefore, you can ask for a late check-out at the reception.
Are there periods when the pool is closed?
Yes the pool can be closed for maintenance. Next closure: 15 – 28.01.2024 et 13-18.01.2025
What are the opening times of the restaurants?
– La Plantation (buffet) – 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
– Marcos Pizza – 12:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
– Captain’s Library (à la carte) – 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
The hotel reserves the right to change the opening times and services according to the activity of the hotel.
What time is breakfast served?
Continental breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
What is included in my breakfast?
Breakfast that is included in the price of your stay is the continental buffet.
Yet, warm products as well as the are also available (as an extra charge).
I am allergic to gluten do you have any products that suit my dietary requirements?

Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurant?
No Explorers Hotel does not require any reservations (except for our Christmas Eve dinner gala)

What are the opening times of the XD cinema?
The XD cinema is open from 12:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (opening days and hours can be modified without prior notice). To have a go on the XD you must be 1 meter tall (minimum). It will cost 6€ per person (adult/ child), per time.
What are the opening hours of the shop?
The Sailor’s Shop is open from Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 12pm and from 5pm to 11pm, and on Sundays from 9.30am to 1pm and from 5pm to 11pm.
