I try to motivate the teams and offer them many challenges” she explains.

Our receptionists are attentive and take the time to respond to the requests “says Elodie. She also explains the importance of making each welcoming unique, in particular by knowing foreign languages: “Our receptionists must be at least trilingual. We are now looking for rarer languages. For example, our two new recruits are Russian. ”
